Getting Paid: 3 Payment Options for Your Coyote Loads

Carriers that move freight with Coyote have the flexibility they need to get paid how they want, when they want. Our streamlined payment process helps you get paid on time, every time.

Use CoyoteGO^®, our digital freight platform, to quickly upload documents and get paid faster using the payment method of your choice.

Below are Coyote’s payment options — select the one that is right for your business.

1. TriumphPay Standard Terms

TriumphPay is an open payments network used widely across the transportation industry for its secure, transparent transactions.

All carriers who haul in the Coyote network must register for TriumphPay and connect with Coyote Logistics in their online portal or mobile app.

Once you do so, you may receive payment directly through TriumphPay according to standard terms for carriers in our network:

• Truckload carriers are paid within 30 days of Coyote receiving your invoice.
• LTL carriers have the option to be paid within 15 days of Coyote receiving your invoice.

2. TriumphPay QuickPay

For more rapid payment after the completion of a shipment, you may opt for the 48-hour QuickPay option.

QuickPay allows carriers to bypass the 30-day standard terms for payments received via TriumphPay in exchange for a 3% fee.

3. 24-Hour TChek

You just dropped off a load and need to get paid right away to keep cash flowing to your business.

Good news! We offer same-day pay via TChek code for fuel or final payment with a 4% fee to the carrier.
