What’s New in CoyoteGO: Use Bank Transfers for Payment, View Shipment ETA

The technology you use to keep up with the demands of your business should work for you — not the other way around.

That's why we're committed to continually improving CoyoteGO® with updates that make our user-friendly digital freight platform faster, easier and more secure.

Here are the latest features we’ve added to CoyoteGO to improve your shipping experience.

Use Bank Transfers to Make Payments

bank transfer payment optionPaying for your shipment in CoyoteGO just got more flexible — and cheaper.

Using automated clearing house (ACH) technology, you can now pay for your shipments in CoyoteGO directly from a U.S.-based bank account. Simply select the “Bank Transfer” option on the Pay & Ship screen.

The best part? Payments made via bank transfer have no associated fees!

Payments made using this method are applied in our system instantly, and funds will be transferred from your account to Coyote’s within 2-3 days.

Need to cancel or stop a bank transfer payment after initiating it? You can do so by contacting your bank within that 2-3 day window.

View Estimated Time of Arrival

We want to make the tracking experience in CoyoteGO more responsive to your preferences.

Based on your feedback, we’ve replaced the “Status” field for shipment tracking with estimated time of arrival (ETA).

ETA data is now available on the following pages:

  • Unauthenticated tracking page
  • My Shipments
  • My Loads
  • Load Details

my shipments page with ETA displayed

For each shipment, you will see the name of the carrier hauling your freight and one of three status options:

  • “Awaiting Tracking” if your load has yet to be picked up
  • The estimated date and time of arrival if it is in transit
  • “Delivered” if your shipment is complete
